Job summary

FINFROCK is hiring entry‑level Concrete Workers to join our prestressed concrete manufacturing team in Belle Glade, FL. This full‑time, on‑site role requires no prior experience and includes on‑the‑job training, safety emphasis, and opportunities to grow within the company.

You will assist with pouring, finishing, and handling materials, set up forms, and help maintain tools and work areas. A strong work ethic, teamwork, and ability to lift 50 lbs are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, pouring, and finishing of prestressed concrete products.
• Handle materials such as concrete, rebar, and cables used in production.
• Set up forms, molds, and reinforcement components as directed by supervisor.
• Perform basic labor duties, including lifting, moving, and positioning materials.
• Maintain molds, tools, and equipment to ensure proper function.
• Assist in dismantling forms after concrete has set.
• Adhere to FINFROCK safety standards and wear PPE.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Shift may vary and include overtime or weekend work to meet production needs.
