Qualifications

• High School Diploma or preferred.
• CT Driver's License.
• Ability to read and understand production shop card prints.
• 3 to 5 years' experience within the construction industry.
• 2 to 3 years' experience operating a diverse range of construction tools/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor for Factory Precast Concrete Production.
• Clean plant floor through various methods and remove waste materials.
• Inventory and organize materials in plant and yard.
• Prepare for production by organizing daily manufactured hardware.
• Maintain tools as directed and ensure safe operation.
