Southeast Road Builders (SERB) within Colaska Inc. seeks a hands-on equipment operator responsible for concrete manufacturing tasks and operating mixer trucks. You will maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and management while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in concrete/manufacturing, strong safety culture, and the ability to use MS Office and mobile apps. CDL is required, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving history.
• Commercial driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret mix designs and specifications.
• Operate heavy equipment and move people/equipment between sites.
• Perform concrete manufacturing tasks and related maintenance.
• Handle administrative tasks (email, timecards, documents).
• Ensure equipment maintenance inspections and safe operation.
• Perform minor servicing; refer major problems to the shop.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations for concrete manufacturing.
