Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0–2 years in manufacturing/production or related plant work.
• Ability to exercise good judgment around machinery and unloading materials.
• Strong teamwork mindset with flexibility to support production needs.
• Self-motivated with ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, inspect, and stage concrete forms and molds.
• Read and follow production instructions, layouts, and shop drawings.
• Install reinforcement using tie guns or clip guns.
• Assemble and position form components according to drawings.
• Operate small forklifts and material‑handling equipment after training.
• Assist with moving, setting up, and cleaning headers, pallets, and equipment.
