Job summary

Pennsy Supply, a CRH company, is seeking a Construction Concrete Laborer to support high-volume paving operations on roads and highways. You will follow safety rules and assist in pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete, while directing traffic and coordinating with equipment operators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years' experience preferred.
• Must pass drug screen, physical and criminal background check.
• Able to work day, night or weekend hours at various locations.
• Follow safety rules per MSHA/OSHA/DOT.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume concrete paving operations on roads and highways.
• Direct and position equipment and materials safely.
• Finish concrete surfaces using trowel, floats, and screed.
• Mold expansion joints and edges; patch defects.
• Direct traffic and assist in erection and dismantling of signs and traffic control devices.
