Job summary

Miller Pipeline is seeking Hard Surface Laborers to assist in repair, maintenance, construction, installation, and reconditioning of restoration work. The role involves hands-on concrete work, form setup, and operating equipment across the region.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, construction/outdoor experience, and a valid license; DOT physical and hand-tool familiarity are required. CDL Class A is preferred. Great benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; education may be substituted by experience.
• Experience in construction or outdoor work.
• Valid operator’s license.
• Current DOT physical.
• Professional or personal use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Setting up forms.
• Mix, pour or place concrete.
• Install rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiber.
• Spread and smooth concrete.
• Apply finishing coat.
• Lifting tools, objects, and equipment safely.
• Tamping soil and asphalt.
• Shovel waste material and asphalt mix.
• Operate vehicles for hauling.
• Assist in demolition, take-up, and reconditioning of hard surfaces.
• Backfill trenches.
• Score and break asphalt or concrete with a jackhammer.
• Clean up backfilled trench areas.
• Place traffic warning signs and cones.
• Work with materials of varying chemical compounds.
• Travel frequently within the region for work assignments.
