Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road in North Texas is seeking an experienced Concrete Paving Machine Operator (Paver) to support highway project work. You will operate the asphalt paving machine, control screed, and ensure safe, efficient placement of concrete/asphalt.

This role requires at least 1 year of paving equipment experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends. Join a long-standing leader in heavy highway and transportation construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating asphalt paving equipment.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and procedures.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Operate paving machine to spread and level asphaltic concrete.
• Assist paving crew with site preparation and other tasks as needed.
• Contribute as a team member and support Austin Bridge & Road's projects.
• Attend daily safety meetings and follow safety policies.
• Work hours may include days, nights and weekends.
• Able to work in hot or cold weather conditions.
