Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking experienced Concrete Paving Machine Operators (Paver) for North Texas projects. The operator runs paving machines that spread and level asphaltic concrete on highway subgrades, controlling screed width and movement.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance, safe operation, site prep assistance, and contributing to the team’s success. Expect day/night/weekend shifts and work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating asphalt equipment
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections
• Operate paving equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist paving crew with site preparation and other tasks as needed
• Be a key team member contributing to Austin's success
• Attend daily safety meetings
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Work hours may include days, nights and weekends
• Work in adverse weather conditions (hot or cold)
• Other duties as assigned
