Job Title: Concrete Mixer Truck Driver (Class A or B CDL)

Full-Time | Overtime Eligible | Weekend Availability Required

Job Summary:

We’re seeking dependable and safety-focused Concrete Mixer Drivers to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure the safe, timely delivery of ready-mix concrete or concrete products to our customers, while maintaining your vehicle and representing the company with professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a mixer truck (manual and automatic transmissions) across diverse job sites, including off-road and active construction areas
• Deliver concrete loads on time and according to customer specifications
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic truck maintenance
• Complete all required delivery and safety documentation accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant staff, and customers
• Follow all DOT, state, and company safety guidelines, including use of PPE
• Support plant operations with general labor duties when not on delivery
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
• Current DOT physical and ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening
• Clean driving record in compliance with FMCSA and company policy
• Ability to read delivery tickets, follow instructions, and perform basic math
• Strong attention to safety, time management, and customer service
  
  

Additional Information:

• Daily overtime after 8 hours and Saturdays
• Scheduled pay increases at 6 months and annually thereafter
• Flexible schedule required, including weekend availability during peak season
