Job summary

Suntec Concrete, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, is hiring a Concrete Laborer to support daily construction operations in Phoenix. You will perform general labor, assist with wall forms, concrete placement, material handling, and site cleanup, working alongside foremen, carpenters, form setters, finishers, and concrete crews.

This FT nonexempt role requires reliability, strong work ethic, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and the ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines on outdoor

• Construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and job site clean-up
• Assist with setting and stripping wall forms
• Support concrete placement, pouring, and finishing operations
• Move construction materials by hand and with approved material-handling equipment
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare work areas for carpenters, finishers, and other skilled trades
• Install post shores following project requirements
• Operate power tools, saws, and other construction equipment safely
• Clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements

What You'll Do

As a member of the Suntec team, you'll work alongside Foremen, Carpenters, Form Setters, Finishers, and Concrete Crews to support daily construction operations. You will:

• Perform general construction labor and job site clean-up
• Assist with setting and stripping wall forms
• Support concrete placement, pouring, and finishing operations
• Work with concrete buckets and pump trucks to place concrete
• Move construction materials by hand and with approved material-handling equipment
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare work areas for carpenters, finishers, and other skilled trades
• Install post shores following project requirements
• Operate power tools, saws, and other construction equipment safely
• Clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
