Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a hardworking Concrete Laborer/Steel Tier to join our construction team in Corpus Christi, TX. You will assist with heavy highway, roadway, civil, and concrete projects, placing and tying reinforcing steel and aiding concrete operations.

You must be reliable, capable of lifting up to 75 pounds, and comfortable working outdoors in varied weather. Benefits include medical/dental disability coverage and retirement savings, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete construction or rebar installation preferred.
• Ability to read construction plans and follow directions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Place, cut, bend, and tie reinforcing steel.
• Install rebar, wire mesh, dowels, and other reinforcement for concrete structures.
• Read tapes and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
