Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking Concrete Laborers for its Pompano Beach offices. You will perform concrete repair, placement, finishing, waterproofing, and related tasks in a safety‑driven open‑shop environment.

The role requires familiarity with tools, working at heights, and the ability to travel to multiple Florida project sites. Qualified candidates may earn between $17 and $25 USD per hour, plus benefits such as medical and dental insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and a $300 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction experience preferred; training available.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete repair, placement, and finishing.
• Waterproofing and caulking as required.
• Rebar replacement and formwork tasks.
• Cooperate with safety protocols and maintain STRUCTURAL's 24/7 safety culture.

Job Requirements

• Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
• At least 1 year of construction experience preferred -- but we are willing to train the right candidate(s)
• Comfortable with heights and able to perform work related duties on man lifts or scaffold systems up to or over 40' high
• Comfortable working on or around water
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to commute to and from project sites (Travel opportunities may also be available)
• Must be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests
• Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus
• Nuclear experience a huge plus!
