Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; driving record acceptable.
• CDL strongly desired.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Able to work in variable weather conditions, and in dirty and dusty environments.
• Member of a Local Laborer Union, or willing to become a union member.
• 3-5 years road construction laborer experience preferred.
• Experience operating concrete vibrator, jack hammer, mortar mixer, and concrete saw.
• Experience puddling concrete for extended periods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support layout and construction of roads and related structures.
• Concrete demolition and concrete repair work.
• Maintain and service machines and equipment.
• Assist in clean-up of the job site.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Foreman or management.
