Temcon Concrete is seeking a Concrete Laborer in Arizona to support various concrete construction operations. Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction or concrete experience preferred (entry-level candidates considered).
• Familiarity with OSHA construction safety standards (29 CFR 1926).
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including grading, excavation, and forming for concrete placement.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and power equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA and company safety standards.
