Job summary

STAFFWORKS GROUP is seeking reliable Concrete Laborers to support commercial and industrial projects on-site. You will assist with site preparation, concrete placement, leveling, finishing, and cleanup while following safety standards.

Duties include moving and setting forms, loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, and working closely with foremen and crew members. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role with opportunities for steady work and skill

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks for a full shift.
• Ability to read simple instructions and follow safety rules.
• Willingness to work in varying weather on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation and concrete placement.
• Perform leveling and finishing of concrete surfaces.
• Assist with form moving, material handling, and clean-up.
• Operate basic hand and power tools; work alongside foremen and crew.
