Wagman Heavy Civil, Inc. in Dinwiddie, Virginia is seeking Concrete Laborers to join our Latex Modified Concrete Division. You will assist crews with mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete on highway and bridge projects, following safety protocols.

The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, work at heights, and travel regionally to MD, PA, VA, and NC. We offer a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred (relevant work experience accepted).
• 1+ years’ experience in construction, preferably concrete work.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and take instructions.
• Open to some regional travel (MD, PA, VA, NC).
• Familiarity with paving, concrete, highway and/or bridge construction.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work at heights up to 150 feet.
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, squatting and crawling.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with mixing, pouring, and chipping concrete.
• Support safety and quality on concrete construction tasks.
• Follow crew directions and maintain steady workflow.
