Skillforce is seeking concrete laborers for a project in Manassas, VA. The ideal candidate has experience with preparing job sites, building forms, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting skilled tradespeople with finishing and curing structures like sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and foundations.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with pay between $26 and $28 per hour depending on experience.

Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in concrete work or general construction labor.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, standing).
• Basic PPE safety knowledge and proper use of PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up forms and molds for pouring.
• Mix, pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools and machinery.
• Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, troweling, and curing as required.
• Operate and maintain equipment like mixers and power tools safely.
