Qualifications

• Willing to train if no prior construction experience.
• Physically able to perform outdoor, demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting and stripping concrete forms.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete.
• Carry and prepare tools, materials, and equipment.
• Perform jobsite setup and cleanup.
• Follow company and OSHA safety requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a construction crew.
