Job summary

Bartley Corporation is looking for skilled concrete finishers in Silver Spring, Maryland. You will be responsible for tasks like setting forms, directing casting, and applying sealing components.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in the field and is able to work shifts, including nights and holidays. Bartley Corporation offers an excellent benefits package including health insurance, 401K, and paid vacations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' work experience as a concrete laborer or mason.
• Able to work shifts, at night and on public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Setting forms that hold the concrete in place.
• Cleaning and inspecting surfaces for pouring issues.
• Directing the casting of the concrete with the truck driver.
• Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete.
• Applying sealing and hardening components.

Skills

Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours

Knowledge of hand-held and power tools including power vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools

Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to kneel for long periods

Ability to work shifts at night and on public holidays
