Structural is actively seeking Concrete Laborers to join their team in Springfield, Massachusetts. This role involves various construction duties such as concrete repair, caulking, and formwork. Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites each day.
• Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work overtime hours, including nights and/or weekends.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete repair tasks.
• Execute caulking and traffic coating.
• Assist with concrete demolition and placement.
• Conduct masonry and formwork/carpentry activities.
