Job description

STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work in the Springfield, MA area. This project is scheduled to run from June to mid-September and has the potential to lead to a full‑time position.

To be considered for the position, candidates:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites each day.
• Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience as outlined below.
• Must be able to work overtime hours (which may include nights and/or weekends).
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Must be team, solution, and safety oriented.

Construction duties include:

• Concrete repair
• Caulking
• Traffic coating
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Masonry
• Formwork / carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Expansion joints
