Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking Concrete Laborers to join our team performing concrete repair, demolition, placement, finishing, formwork, and related tasks across the New England area.

Travel to job sites, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. A hoisting license is a plus; 2+ years of experience is preferred but training will be provided. Competitive benefits and a supportive safety culture offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of construction experience (training provided).
• Must be willing and able to travel to job sites throughout New England (CT, VT, NH, ME, MA, RI).
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule; open to overnight hotel stays (company provided).
• Team, solution, and safety oriented.

Responsibilities

• Concrete repair, demolition, placement and finishing.
• Formwork / carpentry, rebar replacement.
• Caulking and expansion joint work.
• Coating application, carbon fiber installation as needed.
