Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking Concrete Laborers and Finishers to join our team in the Greater Baton Rouge area. This role involves concrete demolition, placement, finishing, formwork, rebar, caulking, coating, and related tasks in industrial settings. Travel to jobs outside Baton Rouge may be required, and respirator use is expected.

Qualifications

• possess a TWIC card.
• Previous Industrial Plant experience is preferred.
• Current Basic and Basic Plus Safety Council Training preferred.
• Turnaround/Shutdown Experience preferred.
• Must be willing to wear a respirator.
• Able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests.
• Must be willing to travel to jobs outside of the Baton Rouge area.
• Experience with a self-performing contractor, general contractor (GC), or specialty contractor.

STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborer and Finishers to join our team to perform work in the Greater Baton Rouge area.

Construction duties include:

• Concrete demolition and repair
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Formwork / carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Fireproofing Installation
• Caulking
• Expansion Joints
• Coating Application
• Carbon Fiber installation
• Structural Steel Welding Equipment
• Grouting

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

• Possess a TWIC card
• Previous Industrial Plant experience
