Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking Concrete Technicians to join our Chicago, IL team. The role focuses on concrete repair, demolition, placement and finishing, formwork, rebar work, coating application, fireproofing, and related structural tasks on active sites.

Candidates should have 2+ years with a self-performing contractor or GC, be willing to obtain a TWIC Card, wear respirators, and pass safety training. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required to access daily job sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a self-performing contractor, general contractor (GC), or specialty contractor.
• Preference for concrete or concrete repair experience.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Must be willing to wear a respirator.
• Able to pass written or computerized training.
• Must have reliable transportation and an active driver’s license to get to the site daily.

STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.

We're looking for Concrete Technicians to join our Chicago, IL team.

Construction duties include:

• Concrete repair
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Formwork / carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Concrete Coating application
• Fireproofing Installation
• Structural Steel Welding Equipment Grouting

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this position:

• 2+ years of experience with a self-performing contractor, general contractor (GC), or specialty contractor.
