Job summary

ROLINC Staffing and Search is seeking concrete laborers and carpenters for civil projects in the Denver and Fort Morgan area, with an immediate start. Day shift. Pay: $24-$30/hr DOE.

Responsibilities include pouring, finishing surfaces, setting forms, and inspecting work with blueprints. Candidates must have experience in concrete finishing or carpentry and be able to perform heavy outdoor work with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a concrete finisher or carpenter required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools used in concrete finishing.

We are looking for concrete laborers and carpenters to join our team on civil projects in the Denver and Fort Morgan area! Immediate start.

Day Shift

Pay: $24- $30/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour, spread, and level concrete using rakes, shovels, and screeds.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools or power tools such as floats, trowels, and screeds.
• Flat work and vertical form work.
• Apply curing or surface treatments to protect concrete.
• Set and align forms to ensure proper depth and pitch.
• Patch voids and use chisels, grinders, or saws to shape edges.
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a concrete finisher or carpenter required.
• Previous experience working on bridges and highways preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools used in concrete finishing.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety procedures on the job site.
• Must be open to overtime.
