Job summary

Coloscapes Concrete in Northern Colorado is hiring concrete laborers for full-time, year-round work on commercial projects. You’ll assist with forming, placement, finishing, rebar installation, and site preparation while upholding safety and teamwork on active job sites.

No prior construction experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Growth opportunities into skilled trades exist as you gain experience with Coloscapes' experienced crew.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-6 months experience in a similar position or industry (helpful but not required).
• Willingness to learn and grow within construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete forming, placement, and finishing activities.
• Install rebar and wire mesh.
• Prepare jobsites through grading, dirt work, and material handling.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support Foremen and crew members on commercial projects.
