Thompson's is seeking a Concrete Laborer to join our Ohio team. Trainees will start at our Columbus location before transitioning to the Dayton branch, with training potentially up to 45 days based on experience. Earn up to $24/hour with a $500 driver bonus for candidates with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Typical shift is 6am–4pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional variations. A comprehensive ESOP benefits package is available.
*Qualified candidates must train at our Columbus location prior to transitioning to the Dayton branch. Said training could take up to 45 days, depending on experience, and those candidates with a valid DL and clean driving record could earn an additional $1/hour AND a $500 Bonus!
As a Concrete Laborer, your primary responsibility will be to work as a member of a team to construct quality residential foundations all around Ohio.
Additional duties include:
Pay Rate: Up to $24 Per Hour (w/ potential raise at 90 days)
Driver Bonus: $500 Bonus for candidates with valid DL & clean driving record!
Shift Details: 6am to 4pm, Mon-Fri (end times vary depending on the day)
