Coloscapes Concrete is hiring concrete laborers for its commercial crews in Northern Colorado. You will assist with forming, placement, finishing, rebar installation, and site preparation, contributing to high-quality projects across the region.

No prior construction experience is required; candidates should be physically capable, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors in varying weather. Coloscapes offers growth into skilled trades and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–6 months experience in a similar position or industry.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with concrete forming, placement, and finishing activities
• Installing rebar and wire mesh
• Preparing jobsites through grading, dirt work, and material handling
• Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting experienced Foremen and crew members on commercial construction projects
