Founded in 1994, DCS Contracting, Inc. is a leading heavy civil general contractor in Arizona. We are seeking a driven Concrete Laborer to support concrete crews and help keep projects on schedule.

This full-time position starts at $20+ per hour and offers growth through training and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities include general construction labor, assisting in pouring concrete, moving materials, site preparation, and following OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• General knowledge of OSHA standards and requirements.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and accept direction from field supervision.
• Must be a team player and help out wherever needed.
• Safety first mindset; stop work if something is unsafe.
• Reliable transportation and flexible work schedule.
• Ability to perform physical labor with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and site clean‑up.
• Assist in pouring concrete.
• Move materials by hand and with transport equipment.
• Prepare worksite for other crew members.
• Operate power tools and site equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on site.
• Support concrete crew with forms, pours and finish work.
• Load/unload materials and keep areas clear.

We are looking for hard working Concrete Laborers to join our team! This is a full‑time position with pay starting at $20+ an hour.

Position Summary

The Concrete Laborer is responsible for supporting the concrete crews in completing various construction tasks. This position plays a key role in ensuring our projects are built on‑time and ahead of schedule!

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor, including job site clean‑up
• Assist in pouring concrete
• Move various construction materials, both by hand and utilizing various material transport mechanisms
• Engage in preparation work to ready worksite for other crew members (form setters, finishers, etc.) to perform defined tasks
• Operate motorized equipment including power tools, saws, etc.
• Monitor processes, materials, and/or surroundings
• Perform functions according to company and OSHA safety guidelines
• Work with the concrete crew on and around concrete forms assisting with concrete pour & finish
• Work with buckets and pump truck to place concrete
• Clean, inspect and perform routine maintenance of equipment and tools
• Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools
• Clean and prepare sites to eliminate possible hazards
• Meet production goals from the direction of the site Foreman or Superintendent
• Adheres to all DCS Contracting safety policies, procedures, and instructions from management
• Performs other duties as required and assigned
