Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to shape, repair, and reconstruct manhole inverts in a production environment. You will strip and clean concrete forms, prepare steel molds, perform carpentry tasks, and support plant maintenance to ensure smooth flow channels within sewer systems.

Responsibilities include constructing and rehabilitating inverts, sealing leaks, and applying coatings.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Experience with constructing or repairing inverts.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Construct, repair, or rehabilitate the flow channels (inverts) inside manholes.
• Shape channels, seal leaks, apply coatings, to ensure smooth flow transitions between pipes.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
