National Concrete Polishing & Grinding, Inc, is a national installer of polished concrete flooring. We are a leader in the concrete flooring industry with many of our clients being Fortune 500 Companies. We are seeking Concrete Polishing Technicians that are self-starters, demonstrate professional integrity, have a solid work ethic, and competitive drive.

*Experience in concrete flooring is preferred, but exceptions may be made for entry-level positions for those who have a strong construction or landscaping background.*

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be willing to travel and stay out of town for 2-3 weeks, which may include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain OSHA safety certification and respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities:

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, and exterior coatings for surface flooring systems
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in concrete polishing, epoxy, and exterior coatings for commercial, industrial, and retail markets is preferred
• Any construction or landscaping experience is a plus
• The ability to work in a team environment is a must.
