Job summary

Hadco Construction is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our concrete construction team in Northern Utah. You’ll assist with foundations, footings, form setting, rebar placement, and other concrete labor on active job sites, while maintaining safety and quality.

This full-time role offers overtime, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for training and advancement. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen are required; out-of-state

Qualifications

• Previous concrete or related construction experience preferred.
• Experience in form setting, footings, foundations, or concrete labor is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor construction work, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one, if required for assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete foundations and footings, including building, setting, and removing forms according to plans and specifications.
• Tie and place rebar, assist with pouring and leveling concrete, and perform other concrete-related tasks as assigned.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate construction tools and equipment while maintaining clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Work alongside foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently while following all company safety policies and procedures.
