Job summary

Strategic Staffing Partner LLC is seeking skilled Concrete Carpenters for a Columbus, OH project. You will construct and assemble formwork systems to shape concrete into structural and architectural elements, with a focus on layout accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include formwork construction, accuracy checks, and assisting with concrete placement and finishing, while maintaining safe work areas and adhering to safety practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of concrete construction experience.
• Preferred commercial construction experience.
• Proficient with concrete tools and forming equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass drug screen and E-Verify.
• Willing to work off-shift hours and overtime as needed.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs; comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Formwork construction, setup, and dismantling for various structures.
• Verify accuracy of formwork, dimensions, and elevations.
• Assist with concrete placement and finishing tasks.
• Maintain safe work areas and follow safety practices.
