Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry experience with emphasis on concrete formwork.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience building and placing concrete forms for footings, walls, slabs.
• Proficient with forming systems, layout, and safe operation of tools.
• Ability to work outdoors and endure physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Build, set, brace, and strip concrete forms for footings, foundations, walls, columns, and slabs.
• Measure, cut, and install wood and metal forming systems.
• Read blueprints and perform layout work according to project specs.
• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing operations.
• Install embeds, anchor bolts, and reinforcing materials as required.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety requirements and maintain production schedules.
