The ideal candidate will have experience with formwork or concrete carpentry, strong physical abilities, and the ability to read measurements.

Qualifications

• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
• Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Preference given to candidates with 12 months formwork/concrete carpentry experience.
• 30 Hour OSHA Card desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up and material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and in framing, decking, and vertical installations.
• Read a tape measure to ensure accurate dimensions.
• Work in varying weather conditions and noisy dusty environments.
