Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete forming and finishing preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic construction math.
• Experience with commercial concrete projects is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build, set, and strip concrete forms for commercial construction projects.
• Measure, align, and secure forms according to project specifications.
• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
