Qualifications

• Experience in construction, landscaping, concrete, carpentry, welding, or similar hands-on work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to job sites throughout Colorado; per diem paid for mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership of the company’s core values.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Set and align concrete forms to the required pitch, depth, and specifications.
• Inspect concrete forms to ensure proper construction and stability.
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, hand and power trowels, screeds, and floats.
• Monitor environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold) and adjust processes for proper concrete curing.
• Produce rough concrete surfaces using a broom finish.
• Form expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers, and straightedges.
• Clean chipped or uneven concrete areas using wire brushes and visual/tactile inspection.
• Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure, waterproof, or restore concrete surfaces.

• Set and align concrete forms to the required pitch, depth, and specifications.

• Inspect concrete forms to ensure proper construction and stability.

Requirements

• Construction, landscaping, concrete, carpentry, welding, heavy equipment or similar hands-on experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to travel to job sites throughout Colorado (per diem is paid as well as mobilization)
• Open to overtime, weekends and early starts
• Dependable, safety-minded and interested in long-term growth

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Must be able to commute to the Centennial/Denver metro area daily

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

• Must submit to a background check, drug screen and Personal Fitness Test as a requirement of onboarding.
