Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand drawings and prints.
• Experience building and assembling wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Knowledge of setting forms to elevations and positions.
• Safety policy compliance.
• Good communication with Foreman/Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and prints.
• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures.
• Set forms to elevations and locations; assist with reinforcing steel.
• Erect forms using materials and systems, primarily symon forms.
• Verify accuracy with plumb bob, level, laser, or transit.
• Assist with placement of concrete as needed.
• Observe safety policies and guidelines.
• Signal concrete deliverer to position truck when pouring.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
