CONCRETE FORM CARPENTER

Hall Contracting of Kentucky is a 100% Employee-Owned Company. We have been in business since 1954 and we are seeking a Concrete Form Carpenter for our Highway Division. Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Prepares layout, using rule, framing square and calipers.
2. Marks cutting and assembly lines on materials.
3. Shapes material to prescribed measurements.
4. Assembles cut and shaped material and fastens them together.
5. Erects framework for structures.
6. Builds various wooden structures and objects.
7. Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembly structures above ground level.
8. Regardless of other duties, has a responsibility to follow HALL Contracting of Kentucky’s safety and quality procedures.
9. Comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements.
10. Must be physically healthy to stand, bend, and walk for up to 10-12 hours a day.

Required Education and Experience

Applicants must have at least 1 year commercial construction related experience. Previous concrete/highway experience a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age. Applicants must hold a Regular Operator (Class D) driving license. Applicant must have no felonies that are violent in nature and/or theft related in the last 7 years. Applicant must have reliable transportation to and from job site. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
