• Direct the activities of assigned Concrete Masons, helpers, and apprentices.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Set work sequences to meet construction schedules, using equipment capacity.
• Direct sub grade work, concrete mixing, and form setting.
• Maintain time records and monitor labor hours.
• Detect dangerous conditions and perform regular safety inspections.
• Travel as required for project sites.
