Job summary

Silver Star Construction Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial and roadway projects in Moore, OK.

The role focuses on safety, quality, and timely execution, coordinating with Project Managers and field personnel to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years in concrete construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of finishing, forming, and placement methods.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of concrete construction experience.
• Experience leading or supervising construction crews.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, forming, and construction methods.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and concrete‑related machinery.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Must successfully pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, production records, and material documentation.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and scheduling updates with management.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members to promote continuous improvement.
