Job summary

Vector Construction – a Structural Group Company – seeks an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead traveling crews nationwide. You will supervise field staff, estimate labor, and ensure work aligns with plans and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in general construction; 2+ years as a Leadman.
• Experience in concrete & masonry restoration is a plus.
• Must read, interpret, and execute construction drawings.
• Proven safety record and commitment to quality.
• Able to travel 90–100% across the US.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of field crews with labor estimation.
• Develop crew schedules and ensure work meets plans.
• Complete daily reports, POs, delivery tickets for customers and management.
• Maintain safe, proper, productive use of tools and equipment.
• Assist Project Managers in evaluating production rates.
• Read and interpret contract drawings and specs.
