Job summary

33 Vector Construction Inc is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead traveling crews across the United States. The role emphasizes on-site supervision, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to designs and specifications. A focus on safety and team leadership is essential.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in general construction with concrete/restoration experience, can manage up to 10 technicians, and is willing to travel 90–100% nationwide. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in general construction with at least 2 years in leadman, concrete & masonry restoration is a plus
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight
• Must travel 90-100% across the US
• Must pass background check, pre-employment drug screen, and have an active driver’s license
• Ability to read, interpret and execute construction drawings and contract specifications
• Established commitment to safety
• Experience producing look-ahead schedules and working with construction documents
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision of field crews while accurately estimating labor requirements
• Developing crew schedules and ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Completing daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and speed memos for customers and internal management
• Ensuring crews operate tools and equipment safely and productively
• Assisting Project Managers in evaluating production rates related to the project

Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this exciting position based in our large Operations division:

• 5-10 years of experience in general construction with at least 2 of those years in a Leadman, concrete & masonry restoration is a plus
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight
• Must be able to travel 90-100% across the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and have an active drivers license.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and execute to construction drawings and contract specifications
• Established commitment to safety
• Proven experience to produce look-ahead schedules and work with other construction documents as required by the project
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the customer, crew and project teams
• Basic computer skills and construction math skill
• Candidates who are bi-lingual in Spanish / English may be given preference.
