Job summary

Bayland Buildings Inc. is seeking Concrete Tradespeople to perform concrete flatwork on Commercial, Industrial, and Agricultural projects in Green Bay and surrounding areas. This full-time, year-round position offers competitive compensation and benefits within an employee-owned company.

You will work with a crew, follow safety and quality standards, and operate outdoors in varying weather conditions. A driver's license is preferred and willingness to travel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience performing concrete flatwork or similar labor.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather.
• Commitment to a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete flatwork on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects.

Job description

Bayland Buildings is actively seeking Concrete Tradespeople to work alongside crew members to complete the Concrete Flatwork of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!

Core Responsibilities:

• Work alongside other crew members performing concrete flatwork on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projects
  
• Understand and follow a safe and quality work culture
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

Key Qualifications:

• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Ability to operate hand/power tools and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
