Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous construction experience preferred—but motivated individuals are welcome to learn and grow.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and “Fit for Work” physical.
• Valid documentation for I-9 Immigration requirements.
• Minimum age of 18 years due to safety-sensitive requirements.
• Team player with a proactive approach to assisting others and taking on new challenges.

Responsabilités

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow safety policies, and OSHA/MSHA regulations, using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Perform physical tasks including stretching, bending, lifting, squatting, pushing/pulling up to 100lbs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Shovel dirt, stone, and asphalt; handle materials, tools, and supplies to complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist with traffic control, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and other site duties as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and co-workers, actively contributing to a positive team environment.
