Austin Bridge & Road is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for our San Antonio, Texas projects. The Finisher smooths and finishes concrete surfaces using hand tools or power tools to achieve specified textures. The role requires lifting, bending, and working outdoors on construction sites.

Responsibilities include assisting paving crews, adhering to safety policies, and performing equipment checks. A strong safety mindset and 1+ year of concrete finishing experience are preferred.

• 1+ years of experience in finishing concrete
• Commitment to jobsite safety

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections
• Assist paving crew with site preparation
• Participate as a vital team member contributing to Austin’s success
• Attend daily safety meetings
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Work hours may include days, nights and weekends
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions
