Job summary

NAPCO Precast SA in San Antonio, TX is seeking a concrete finisher to smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete. You will spread, level with blades, and fill defects to ensure flat, durable surfaces across beams, columns, and panels.

The role includes hand finishing corners, using trowels, and monitoring weather to pause pours when needed; responsible for curing coverage and site cleanliness.

Qualifications

• The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
• Push and Pull up to 100 lbs (Power Trowel).
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position.
• Be on Feet 8 to 12 hours shifts.

Responsibilities

• Smooth out concrete in segments to ensure the concrete poured is level.
• Spread concrete.
• Level it using special blades, making sure all lumps and bubbles are smoothed over.
• Smooth high spots and fill depressions.
• Pour concrete beams, columns, and panels.
• Finish corners by hand.
• Use groovers and hand trowels to spread concrete.
• Halt concrete pouring if weather looks bad.
• Cover concrete for curing.
• Clean All Accessible hardware.
