Aerotek is seeking dedicated Concrete Finishers for permanent onsite roles in Milwaukee, WI. You will assist with setting up, pouring, and removing concrete forms on commercial projects under a lead worker.

This role requires at least 2 years of concrete experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with hand tools. OT is available and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on concrete experience on commercial sites.
• Experience with form work, flatwork, and material handling.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Proficient with hand tools including trowels.
• Own basic personal tools such as hammer and measuring tape.
• Able to work on active construction sites and follow supervisors' instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead worker with day-to-day concrete operations on commercial construction projects.
• Transport and position concrete forms and related materials on site.
• Wheelbarrow concrete from delivery point to pour areas safely.
• Set up forms prior to pours and ensure alignment and securing.
• Tear down and remove forms after concrete sets.
• Use hand tools such as trowels to finish surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow site safety procedures and use equipment per instructions.
