Job summary

TradeWorX in the Pittsburgh area is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for commercial construction projects. You will join a crew that places, forms, and finishes concrete to specified grades and designs on active jobsites.

Candidates should have 2+ years of commercial concrete finishing or forming experience, be able to read blueprints, and work safely in a production-driven environment. The role offers competitive pay up to $35/hour based on experience, overtime opportunities, and benefits

• Knowledge of layout, screeding, and forming systems.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Smooth, finish, and texture concrete surfaces to specified grades and designs.
• Build, set, and strip forms for slabs, walls, and foundations.
• Assist with layout, rebar placement, and site preparation before pours.
• Operate power trowels, floats, and other finishing tools.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant job sites.
• Work collaboratively with a commercial concrete crew.
