Requirements

• 35 years of experience as a concrete finisher in construction environments.
• Experience placing, finishing, and curing concrete for flatwork, sidewalks, curbs, pads, and structural applications.
• Proficient in screeding, floating, troweling, edging, and broom finishing.
• Ability to set forms, check grade, and ensure proper alignment before concrete placement.
• Knowledge of concrete mixes, finishing techniques, and proper curing methods.
• Ability to read basic construction plans and follow layout measurements.
• Experience operating finishing tools and equipment including power trowels, vibrators, and screeds.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
